 CALL FOR PAPERS 2022
themed 

Challenges and Opportunities: The Future of DeFi in traditional finance”


The call for papers is open to anyone and we are interested in both qualitative and quantitative studies that employ relevant methods of analysis and the presentation of research findings.

 

CALL-FOR-PAPERS 2022 SUB-THEMES

(1) Recalibrating monetary policy for the growing digital currencies

(2) The intersection of technology and banking. Lessons to be learned for

banks and financial intermediaries

(3) Decentralized Autonomous Organizations (DAO) a new frontier of

financial supervision

(4) Economic growth through digital transformation

(5) Blockchain and the future of public finance (CBDC & Stablecoins)

 

WHY PARTICIPATE?

🏆 Get published by the CVA: The best research papers will be compiled into CVA Call-For-Papers Vol. 1 which will then be distributed to all the CVA Members.

📽 Present your paper to CVA Community: The best 5 authors will have the opportunity to present their research at a CVA Virtual Event later this year planned on 30th September 2022.

📢 Speak at the Immersive Education Summit: the three best author(s) receive a gratis entrance ticket for the Immersive Education Summit Lucerne 6-8 October 2022 where they have the possibility to present their research findings. The iED is an academic and technical conference, which is open to the public, will feature cutting-edge technology and research from around the world along with related hands-on exhibits, tools, techniques, standards and best practices. The 3 author(s) get the opportunity to present their research findings.

 

SUBMISSION GUIDELINES 

Abstracts due: 16th July 2022.
Please submit abstracts to the Call-For-Papers at [email protected] by 16th July 2022.

Authors would be informed of acceptance by 30th July 2022.

Papers due: 30th August 2022
Completed research papers and the name of the presenter(s) should be sent to the above-mentioned email address not later than 30th August 2022.

A CVA virtual event will take place on 30th September 2022 where papers will be presented.

 

SCORING DOMAINS

All proposals will be scored by the Editor Committee on the following 7 items. We will then accept the
top-ranking proposals in each category.
(1) Content - Is this content geared and appropriately sophisticated?
(2) Experience - Is this author(s) experienced not only in their material?
(3) Wide Appeal - Does this subject matter have wide appeal and application?
(4) Scholarly - Is the presentation grounded in scholarly research or other sources of
authority. Scholarly research is defined as cited to or derived directly from definitive
advanced, degree-seeking study.
(5) Timely – Does the research address issues that are timely and have relevance in the
field?
(6) Concise – Is the paper concise (not too broad)? Does the abstract make the
presentation appear too broad or that the presenter is going off topic?
(7) Professional - Is the research paper professionally written (no typos, spelling or
grammatical errors)?
