The CVA Regulatory Working Group is excited to announce its latest publication 

Position sheet of the CVA on the European proposal for a Crypto-Asset Regulation (MiCAR) 

 

In this brief contribution, our team highlights the key points of this important piece of legislation. We present the framework and the set of definitions of MiCar, the different activities that it will concern and its impact on swiss-based crypto stakeholders.
