CVA Announces the Launch of its Dispute Resolution Working Group

The Crypto Valley Association is proud to announce the launch of its newest working group: the Dispute Resolution Working Group 

Co-chaired by Maxim Kon (Ceo and Founder of Consultiks and CVA Board member) and Martin Liebi, this working group is established to create a robust, transparent framework for facilitating dispute resolution among our members and between members and non-members within the crypto ecosystem and in traditional industries. The scope of the new Working Group entails:

  • Design, implement and manage mechanisms for resolving disputes
  • The development of ombudsman services and mediation courts, tailored to the needs of both the crypto and traditional industries.
  • Formulate clear guidelines and structured processes for conflict resolution that benefit all involved parties.

Working Group Co-Chair, Maxim Kon states: 'I believe it's importanto to provide effective, fair, and accessible resolution processes for conflicts, fostering collaborative and amicable solutions through expert involvement and mediation'
