CVA Announces the Launch of its Dispute Resolution Working Group
The Crypto Valley Association is proud to announce the launch of its newest working group: the Dispute Resolution Working Group
Co-chaired by Maxim Kon (Ceo and Founder of Consultiks and CVA Board member) and Martin Liebi, this working group is established to create a robust, transparent framework for facilitating dispute resolution among our members and between members and non-members within the crypto ecosystem and in traditional industries. The scope of the new Working Group entails:
- Design, implement and manage mechanisms for resolving disputes
- The development of ombudsman services and mediation courts, tailored to the needs of both the crypto and traditional industries.
- Formulate clear guidelines and structured processes for conflict resolution that benefit all involved parties.
