Don’t trust. Verify. Risk management in Web3.

 

The Crypto Valley Association Education Working Group cordially invites researchers and professionals from all over theworld to submit their original research papers for the Call for Papers 2023 (CFP23) with the theme 'Don’t Trust, Verify. Managing Risk in Web3'. The theme for this year's call for papers focuses on exploring these risks and developing strategies to manage them. The topic is more important after the events of 2021 to 2023 in the blockchain, DeFi and TradFi world.

We are seeking high-quality, original research papers that address the various aspects of risk management in the context ofWeb3.

Papers may include, but are not limited to, topics such as: 

  • Cybersecurity threats and vulnerabilities in Web3
  • Technology to mitigate counterparty risk
  • Risk management strategies for decentralized networks
  • Legal and regulatory issues in managing risk in Web3 Privacy concerns and data protection in Web3 
  • Economic and financial risks in decentralized networks
  • DeFi Decentralized finance risk management.
  • Governance and decision-making in decentralized networks
  • Geopolitical and regulatory challenges for web3

The Call for Papers 2023 provides an excellent opportunity for researchers and professionals to present their latest research findings, share their knowledge and expertise, and contribute to the advancement of the Web3 ecosystem. Accepted papers will be published in a high-quality, peer-reviewed journal, giving authors the opportunity to showcase their work to a global audience.

TIMELINE

  • September 8th, 2023- Abstract deadline
  • September 15th, 2023 - Selected authors are notified
  • October 25th, 2023 - Research paper deadline
  • November 1st, 2023 - Winning papers are announced
  • November 15th & 22nd, 2023 - Presentation of winning papers
  • November 30th, 2023 - Research review
