Aligning Innovation and Regulation through PETs (Privacy-Enhancing Technologies)

Published on April 21, 2026

The Crypto Valley Association Sustainability Working Group recently participated in the launch of the EIT Health programme on Health Data Privacy and Privacy-Enhancing Technologies (PETs).

This programme is designed to equip professionals with the practical knowledge and skills required to securely use, share, and manage health data in full compliance with regulatory frameworks such as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the European Health Data Space. Participants will gain hands-on insight into advanced privacy-preserving techniques, including federated learning, homomorphic encryption, and differential privacy, enabling innovation while safeguarding sensitive patient information.

At the intersection of healthcare, data, and artificial intelligence, this initiative provides essential expertise for professionals aiming to stay ahead in a rapidly evolving landscape.

We encourage the CVA community to explore the programme and register to take part:
